Site layouts for Epstein's secluded tropical island included in the released materials.
Additionally contained in this new photograph disclosure seems to be a site plan for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had drawn up plans to build upon the substantial island by constructing residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a swimming pool.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a marine passage in the region, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and contains a key identifying different sections of the land.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be nine other property layouts and architectural plans, featuring plans for marina coverings.
Further documentation made public as part of the current investigative process.
